Please understand that there is a waiting list and that I hold the right to deny your commission without explanation. If your commission request is approved, I will contact you and give you the final price for your commission via your preferred method of contact [as specified on the form].—♡—After discussing the final price, I will proceed to create and send over an invoice. Choose to Pay via Paypal or KO-FI. All prices/payments are in CAD [Canadian Dollars] with approximate USD [US Dollars] on my site. Unless otherwise arranged, you have a maximum time of one week to pay. Work on your commission will not begin until after your payment has been received.—♡—I will continue to contact you via your preferred method of contact over the process of your commission. The stages of your commission are as follows: rough sketch, clean sketch, line art, flat colours, rough painting/shading (if applicable). Once the final WIP has been approved, I will move onto the final stages of the piece.You are allowed to request one [1] major change after the final piece has been completed without charge before charging an additional fee for further changes. This is to account for any mistakes or important details I may have missed.I will link you the final piece to you at full resolution on my drive and include a low resolution version for posting via social media.—♡—

• MUST confirm that you are 18+ when commissioning me for NSFW• All prices are in CAD and will be processed through PayPal or KO-FI. Please provide your PayPal email up front. If paying through KO-FI please wait until I provide an invoice.• Payment upfront is preferred; clients have up to ONE WEEK to pay the invoice
I am willing to arrange payment plans upon request. Please inform me if you need such arrangements.• Please allow for up to FOUR (4) MONTHS turnaround depending on the complexity of the piece and prior workload queue.
If there is concern regarding turnaround time, please contact me directly.• Currently the Rush fee is an additional 50% of your commission order
Please specify if you’d like your commission to be a rush order and/or if your piece is needed by a certain date/deadline.• NSFW / R18 is OK
Sexual themes and nudity are OK, however please make note of these themes or inquire about them before payment arrangements have been made.—♡—THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL FEE FOR:• Complex/detailed/ornate outfits, tattoos, markings, patterns
• Outfit variants/alternate outfits
• Nude/NSFW variants
• Colour palette variants
• Complicated poses with two [2] or more characters

BY COMMISSIONING ITSASHREE, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:• I retain the right to edit, crop, and modify your commission as a sample/promotional image
This is only in relation to promotions about future posts about commissions/commission work, or banners/images exemplifying my work and art style• If you choose to repost/re-upload the commission you MUST include proper credit• You may NOT claim the commission as your own creation• You may NOT edit, alter, or change the commission
Filters, using them for memes, etc. are OK, but editing/altering the face, body, etc. in any way is not allowed. If you would like an alternate expression, for example, please contact me first.• You may NOT trace over my original or fan artwork, completed commissions, or adoptables
This includes: Tracing on top of my art/adoptables as a character base; Drawing on top of my art (i.e. to create alternate outfits for adoptables); Recreating the likeness of a character drawn by myself, etc.• You may use the commission you purchased as an icon, banner, or overlay for a stream
Please include credit somewhere if you choose to do so. If you require certain edits/additions, please contact me.• Any design or artwork commissioned is intended for personal use ONLY *
* However, if you are interested in commercial distribution for your piece, please discuss with me during or prior to submitting your commission request. This includes but is not limited to: promotional artwork, book covers, official character art, etc.• You will receive a High Resolution version of the commission with my watermark included
If you intend to print the design (posters, pillows, etc.) for your personal use and wish to have an unwatermarked version, please discuss with me prior.• I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason• I reserve the right to cancel and refund a commission at any time
Reasons including but not limited to poor communication, rude or inappropriate behavior, etc.• Commissions are non-refundable after approval of the initial sketch ** Refunds may still be negotiated depending on certain circumstances. If you have any questions or concerns, please discuss with me so we may find a solution or compromise together.• Commission turnaround is up to FOUR (4) MONTHS as of January 2024This is dependent on the complexity of the piece and prior workload queue, unless a Rush fee has been discussed and applied to your order. Please contact me if you have any concerns.• You may NOT use my artwork for training AI generation programs of any kind, or other programs/technologies derived from such.
Should the client (you) decide to change or adjust the commissioned works through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, existing, or to be created in the future, in any media or form, I (the artist) will consider this an automatic purchase of exclusive rights and charge the standard fee per artwork. Please, inquire about the exact fee for your commission in advance.•My work is not allowed for any NFT's [Non-Fungible-Tokens] use. Including sites such as OpenSea, Axie Infinity, Rarible, Decentraland, Super Rare, NFT Marketplace development, or other kinds of NFT sites of that kind.• Failure to abide by the aforementioned will result in penalty and/or blacklisting.In the event the client (you) decide to change or adjust the commissioned works through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, existing, or to be created in the future, in any media or form, without the explicit consent of the artist (me), the client (you) will be immediately added to a block list and no longer be entitled to any further work by the artist (me). Furthermore, any funds sent to the artist (me), corresponding to works not yet delivered at the time of the infraction, will be considered as indemnization to the artist (me) for usage rights. In case of no remaining funds to be seized, legal penalties might be applied.• Failure to abide by the TOS may result in being blacklisted
