Please understand that there is a waiting list and that I reserve the right to deny or decline any commission request without explanation. If your commission request is approved, I will contact you and give you the final price for your commission via your preferred method of contact [as specified on the form].By commissioning or purchasing artwork from ItsAshree, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read these carefully before requesting a commission.—♡—
GENERAL• I reserve the right to accept or decline any commission request for any reason.
• I may cancel a commission if communication becomes disrespectful, inappropriate, or if these terms are violated.
• Clients are expected to communicate clearly and respectfully at all times.—♡—Payment and Refund Policy• Full payment is required upfront unless stated otherwise. Prices are non-negotiable.
• No refunds will be issued once work has begun.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in:
• Immediate termination of the commission
• Permanent loss of usage rights
• Blacklisting from future commissionsProcess and Timeline• Work will begin only after payment is received.
• Completion time varies depending on complexity, queue size, and real-life circumstances. Typical turnaround ranges from 2 weeks to 4 months.
• Updates will be provided at key stages.
• Excessive revisions beyond what was agreed upon may result in additional fees.Usage Rights (Personal Use Only)All commissioned artwork is intended for personal use only, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.You may:
•Post the artwork on personal social media accounts
•Use the artwork as icons, headers, or wallpapers
•Share the artwork with proper credit to ItsAshree
•Credit must be clearly visible and linked when possible.Prohibited Uses
You may not, without explicit written permission:• Edit, alter, recolor, crop, animate, trace, or modify the artwork
• Create derivatives or adaptations
• Remove signatures or watermarks
• Resell, redistribute, or mint the artwork
• Use the artwork for commercial purposes (including but not limited to: stream/content creation branding, merchandise, apparel, etc.)
• Claim the artwork as your ownAny violation will result in immediate revocation of usage rights.AI, Machine Learning & Generative Technology
My artwork is strictly prohibited from being used in connection with artificial intelligence or machine-learning technologies.This includes, but is not limited to:• Uploading artwork to AI training datasets
• Using artwork to train, fine-tune, test, or improve AI models
• Text-to-image generation
• Style replication or imitation
• Neural filters, AI upscaling, interpolation, or automation tools
• Providing my artwork to third-party platforms or services for AI related purposes.These restrictions apply to all existing and future technologies, whether commercial or non-commercial.Explicit written consent is required for any AI-related use. Silence or lack of response does not imply permission.Violation of this clause may result in:
• Immediate revocation of rights
• Platform takedowns
• Permanent blacklisting
• Legal action where applicableOwnership & Copyright
• All artwork remains the intellectual property of ItsAshree.
• Commissioning artwork does not transfer copyright.
• Clients receive a limited, revocable license for personal use only.
• Clients may not grant rights to third parties beyond what is stated in these terms.Commercial Use
Commercial use is not permitted unless:• Discussed and approved before work begins
• A commercial license fee is agreed uponUnauthorized commercial use will be treated as copyright infringement.Commercial usage rights must be agreed on in writing before payment.Revocation & Enforcement
I reserve the right to:
• Revoke usage rights at any time if terms are violated
• Issue DMCA takedown notices
• Report misuse to hosting or social platforms
• Refuse future commissionsAgreements and Updates
By commissioning or purchasing artwork, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.These terms may be updated at any time. The most current version will always apply.—♡—THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL FEE FOR:• Complex/detailed/ornate outfits, tattoos, markings, patterns
• Outfit variants/alternate outfits
• Nude/NSFW variants
• Colour palette variants
• Complicated poses with two (2) or more characters
• Certain NSFW/kinks [ask/email me]
• Detailed backgrounds
• Rush Fees
•Commercial Use [ask/email me]
•Additional Revisions past the [1] free revisionIf you are looking for any of these, please discuss with me. Cost will vary.Lost FilesThe Artist is not responsible for lost files after they have been delivered.—♡—

«RULES AND GUIDELINES »

• MUST confirm that you are 18+ when commissioning me for NSFW• All prices are in CAD and will be processed through PayPal or KO-FI. Please provide your PayPal email up front. If paying through KO-FI please wait until I provide an invoice.• Payment upfront is preferred; clients have up to ONE WEEK to pay the invoice
I am willing to arrange payment plans upon request. Please inform me if you need such arrangements.• Please allow for up to FOUR (4) MONTHS turnaround depending on the complexity of the piece and prior workload queue.
If there is concern regarding turnaround time, please contact me directly.• Currently the Rush fee is an additional 50% of your commission order
Please specify if you’d like your commission to be a rush order and/or if your piece is needed by a certain date/deadline.• NSFW / R18 is OK
Sexual themes and nudity are OK, however please make note of these themes or inquire about them before payment arrangements have been made.

After the final price has been discussed, I will create and send an invoice. Payment can be made via PayPal or Ko-fi. All prices are listed in CAD (Canadian Dollars), with approximate USD (U.S. Dollars) conversions shown on my site.Unless otherwise arranged, payment must be completed within one (1) week of receiving the invoice. Work on your commission will not begin until payment has been received.Clients are responsible for providing clear and complete references at the start of the commission. Delays caused by missing, unclear, or late references may affect turnaround time and do not qualify for refunds or rush delivery.—♡—I will communicate with you throughout the commission process using your preferred method of contact. The stages of your commission are as follows:• Rough sketch
• Line art
• Flat colours
• Rough painting / shading (if applicable)Once the final work-in-progress (WIP) stage has been approved, I will proceed to complete the final version of the piece.You are entitled to one (1) major revision before the final piece has been completed at no additional cost. This revision is intended to address any mistakes or important details that may have been missed. Any further changes will require an additional fee.A major revision refers to significant changes to pose, composition, character design, or overall concept. Minor adjustments (such as small color tweaks or line fixes) are not considered major revisions.Upon completion, I will provide:
• A full-resolution file (PNG) delivered via my drive, and
• A low-resolution version suitable for social media posting. (JPEG)—♡—
